When we launched the One Club back in 2017, our vision was to help make horse ownership more affordable through our membership, insurance and shopping. This became our brand promise and is as relevent today as it was then.
We’re horse owners and riders who understand this is a lifestyle and not a hobby. The Harry Hall brand has evolved through the ages since 1891 and it has been quite the ride. We’re here for our community yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Team Harry Hall is at the very heart of our brand. We value everyone’s unique differences and promote listening, learning and teaching across the team. Our culture is to welcome, support and nurture individuals to feel empowered, safe and happy in their roles.
However you choose to identify and whatever your life journey to date, we promise to treat you fairly. We extend this ethos not only to our colleagues and friends, but out into our community.
We act at all times with high levels of skill, care and diligence. The work we do and the finances we spend as Harry Hall we do so with the utmost care.
We pride ourselves on being open, fair and honest in all aspects of our communication to both our colleagues and our community. We listen to our customers and recognise that supporting their individual needs isn’t textbook.
We develop products and services that are as useful and accessible as possible, whilst being conscious of our responsibility to our environment. We’re in this for the long haul and we’d love you to join us for the ride.
At the end of the day our aim is simple - to fulfil our brand promise whilst continuing to build a successful and efficient business.
We have a lot to offer and our products and services span far and wide. We understand some people find insurance confusing, which is why we aim to be straight forward and relatable in our communications and processes. We put ourselves in our customers’ shoes and ensure the journey meets our high standards even when faced with complex solutions.
We’ve built trust over decades by being consistent, reliable and acting with integrity. We’re here for our customers and each other every step of the way. If we get it wrong, we act quickly to resolve the problem and use it as an opportunity to improve and grow.
We’re dynamic, ambitious and challenge the status quo. We don’t just do things because that’s how it has always been done – we move with the times. We listen to our community and set ourselves big goals to change the equestrian world in a positive way.
We don’t shy away from problems and achieve things others may deem impossible. We know things don’t always go to plan (and that’s ok!). We turn our setbacks into successes, wear a smile, share a joke and support each other.
